There should already be existing welfare programs for children, young adults, teens, women, men and most especially our senior citizens. It should not only support healthy living but it should aim to enable each and every one of us to live as one should live despite the economic conditions.

Every human being has every right to live with as much dignity as possible. Remember, the first sign of society breakdown is when people no longer act as human beings. The rising increase of man made calamities has clearly affected the progress and the development of any country as a whole. Thus, when society breaks down, the country breaks down too. And death and destruction will be felt by all the people across the nations.
